Thank you for using MilimLi ("App"), developed by Gal Itach ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent, engaging, and educational experience. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our App.
Your Privacy at a Glance
Our philosophy is to create a safe, engaging, and educational experience by collecting as little information as possible.
- We Do Not Collect Your Personal Information: The App does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information like your name, email, or location.
- Your Progress is Synced Securely (Optional): Your game progress is saved on your device. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your progress (score, unlocked items, etc.) is also saved to Google's secure cloud. This allows you to sync your progress across devices.
- Ads Keep the App Free: To support the App's development, we show ads through Google AdMob. You can make a one-time Premium purchase to remove ads permanently or optionally watch a rewarded ad to remove them for 24 hours.
- In-App Purchases are Handled by Google: All purchases, like the Premium upgrade or sticker packs, are processed securely through the Google Play Store. We never see or store your payment information.
- Anonymous Analytics Help Us Improve: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used (e.g., which games are most popular). This data is anonymous, aggregated, and helps us make the App better.
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
To be perfectly clear, we do not collect, request, or have access to any of your personal data. This includes:
- Name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- Contacts, photos, calendars, or other personal files on your device.
- Precise GPS location.
- Financial or payment information (e.g., credit card numbers).
- Account or login credentials created with us.
2. Data Handled by Third-Party Services
To provide a full-featured and sustainable educational app, we integrate services from Google. Each service handles data according to its own privacy policy.
a) Google AdMob (Advertising)
To provide relevant ads and support our App, we use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). This includes banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. The types of data AdMob may collect include:
- Device Information: Such as your device's unique advertising identifier (GAID), device model, operating system version, and IP address.
- Approximate Location: Inferred from your IP address (e.g., country or city).
- Ad Interactions: Information on how you interact with the ads shown in the App.
- Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data related to the Ads SDK.
This information is used by Google to provide advertising and measure its performance. We do not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob. We encourage you to review How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
b) Google Play Games Services (Achievements, Leaderboards & Cloud Save)
This is an optional service you can sign into. If you choose to sign in, Google will handle certain data to provide game features:
- Your public Google Play Games profile information (e.g., Gamer ID and avatar) may be visible to other players on leaderboards.
- Your game activity, such as your scores (for leaderboards) and unlocked achievements.
- Your game save file is uploaded to Google's servers for the Cloud Save feature.
This service is governed by the Google Play Games Services Terms of Service and the main Google Privacy Policy.
c) Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
When you make an in-app purchase (such as the Premium upgrade or a sticker pack), the transaction is processed securely by the Google Play Store. We do not collect, receive, or store any of your payment information. We only receive a confirmation from Google that a purchase was successfully completed, which allows us to unlock the content in the App. This process is governed by the Google Payments Terms of Service.
d) Google Analytics for Firebase (App Usage Analytics)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous, non-personal, and aggregated data about how you interact with our App. This helps us understand which features are popular, identify areas for improvement, and fix bugs. The data collected includes:
- Events: Such as starting or completing a game, using a feature (like sharing), or viewing a specific screen.
- Device Attributes: Such as device model, operating system, and country.
- Crash Reports: Anonymous information about app crashes to help us improve stability.
This data is completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It is essential for us to maintain and enhance the App.
3. In-App Purchases, Rewards & Data Storage
- One-Time Purchases (Premium Upgrade & Sticker Packs): These are non-consumable items linked to your Google Account. Once purchased, they are yours to keep. They can be restored on any device where you are logged in with the same Google Account. The Premium upgrade also unlocks all purchasable sticker packs as part of its benefits.
- Temporary Ad Removal (Ad-Free Period): You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for removing banner ads for a 24-hour period. This ad-free status is stored locally on your device and is not synced via Cloud Save. If you reinstall the App, clear its data, or switch to a new device, this temporary benefit will not be restored.
- Cloud Save (Optional): If you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress (score, unlocked items, etc.) is automatically saved to the cloud. If you install the App on a new device and sign in with the same account, your progress will be restored. If there is a conflict between your local save and your cloud save, you will be prompted to choose which one to keep.
- Data Loss Without Cloud Save: If you do not sign in to Google Play Games, all your game progress is stored exclusively on your device. If you uninstall the App, switch to a new device, or clear the App's data, this information will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
4. Your Control and Opt-Out Choices
You have direct control over your data.
- Personalized Advertising: You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time.
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Navigate to Google > Ads.
- Tap "Delete advertising ID" and confirm.
You may still see ads, but they will be generic and not based on your interests.
- Google Play Games Services: You can disconnect the App from Google Play Games Services at any time through the Google Settings on your device or within the Google Play Games app. Doing so will disable Cloud Save, Leaderboards, and Achievements.
5. Children's Privacy
This App is intended for a general audience, including children. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable regulations like GDPR-K.
- We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction).
- For users identified as children, Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized (contextual) advertisements in accordance with their policies.
- The anonymous analytics data we collect via Firebase does not include any personally identifiable information.
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the App and to utilize the advertising opt-out controls described in Section 4.
6. Security
Game data is stored on your device's internal storage and is protected by your device's security. If you use Google Play Games Services, your data is also protected by Google's industry-standard security infrastructure.

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MilimLi mobile application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by Gal Itach, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes only.
3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The Application may allow you to purchase certain enhancements, such as a "Premium" upgrade or digital sticker packs ("In-App Purchases").
- Purchases: All In-App Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to its terms and conditions. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information to Google. We do not process or store any of your financial information. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to Google.
- Virtual Items: In-App Purchases may grant you access to virtual, in-app items such as sticker packs ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that these Virtual Items are granted to you as a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for use solely within the Application. Virtual Items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money or any other goods or services, and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person.
- Restoration: Non-consumable In-App Purchases (like the Premium upgrade and sticker packs) are tied to your Google Account and can be restored on new or multiple devices, provided you are logged into the same Google Account used to make the purchase.
- Advertisements: The Application may display third-party advertisements. We may, at our discretion, offer temporary benefits (such as a 24-hour ad-free period) in exchange for viewing a rewarded advertisement. These benefits are not considered a purchase and are subject to change.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Application to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Application.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Application, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the Application.
- Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts, bots, or any data mining or extraction tools.
- Using the Application as part of any effort to compete with us or for any commercial enterprise.
5. Augmented Reality (AR) Safety Warning
Your safety is your responsibility. When using features that involve your device's camera, such as the Augmented Reality (AR) game, you must be aware of your physical surroundings at all times. Do not use the AR feature while walking in unsafe areas, near traffic, stairs, obstacles, or in any situation where your full attention is required for your safety and the safety of others. By using the AR feature, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, damage to property, or any other loss that may occur while you are using the AR features of the Application.
6. User Testimonials and Social Proof
While some testimonials are written by actual users, the Application may display notifications regarding user activity (e.g., "Danny from Tel Aviv finished level 3!"), testimonials, or success stories. These are illustrative examples used for motivational, gamification, and marketing purposes. They do not necessarily represent real-time data or specific individual users. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Application. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APPLICATION TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE, ON OUR OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF OUR AFFILIATES AND OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH US IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND IN NO CASE SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR ANY IN-APP PURCHASE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gal Itach and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the Application or your breach of these Terms.

- Google Play Games Profile: Your Gamer ID and public profile information.
- Game Activity: Data about your achievements, scores, and saved game progress.

3. Data Storage, Portability, and Deletion
It is crucial to understand how your data is stored:
- "Go Premium" (Non-Consumable Purchase): This one-time purchase is tied to your Google Play account and will be automatically restored if you reinstall the App on any device using the same Google account.
- Game Progress (Scores, Achievements, Collected Countries):
- If you are NOT signed in: This data is stored only on your device and will be permanently lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- If you ARE signed in with Google Play Games: This data is synced to Google's servers as a "Saved Game." It can be restored on a new device by signing in with the same Google account.
- Gem Packs (Consumable Purchases): Your gem balance is always stored locally on your device and is NEVER synced to the cloud, even if you are signed in.
- Data Loss Warning: If you uninstall the App, switch to a new device, or clear the App's data, your gem balance will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
4. Your Control and Opt-Out Choices
a) Personalized Advertising

You can manage the data associated with your Google Play Games profile, including deleting your GeoMinds game data.

- Select GeoMinds from the list.
- Click "Delete all connections you have with GeoMinds".
This will remove the App's access to your account and instruct Google to delete your associated game data (achievements, scores, cloud saves).

GeoMinds is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction).
