Valorem (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Barnpetal: Farm Match 3. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use optional services or contact us.

Core gameplay works offline without a Valorem account. Optional advertising, measurement and purchases involve third-party services and an internet connection.

Barnpetal includes advertising through Google AdMob and attribution tracking and measurement through AppsFlyer. When those services are enabled, their processing can include personal data such as device identifiers, IP addresses and usage events, as described below and in their policies.

1. Game Progress & Local Storage

Your saved game, levels, scores, stars, diamonds, structures, achievements, preferences and reward records are stored on your device.

Privacy choices, a broad age group if supplied, and recent consent decisions are also stored locally. Consent records include the date, disclosure text and version, choices made and purposes withdrawn. The app retains the latest 12 decisions.

Barnpetal does not provide a Valorem cloud-save service. The app is configured to exclude its local data from Android cloud backup and device transfer.

2. Optional Rewarded Advertising

Barnpetal uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable advertising privacy choices.

You choose whether to watch a rewarded video. Core gameplay remains available without watching ads. After you request or enable optional ads, Google services may perform privacy checks and preload advertising before you choose to display a video.

Depending on your choices, age-related protections and applicable requirements, Google may process:

  • IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them.
  • Device, application and permitted advertising identifiers.
  • Ad views, taps and other interactions.
  • Diagnostic information, including performance and crash-related information.

This processing supports advertising delivery, analytics and measurement, security and fraud prevention. Available ad personalization and privacy options depend on your location and choices. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.

3. Optional AppsFlyer Measurement

We use AppsFlyer to understand how players discover Barnpetal, measure advertising campaigns and assess game usage.

AppsFlyer measurement is enabled only following an eligible adult’s separate opt-in. Accepting a rewarded video does not enable AppsFlyer measurement.

When enabled, AppsFlyer may process device and operating-system information, IP/network information, app or installation identifiers, necessary device storage, and selected game and advertising events. These events can include level activity, scores, building activity, rewards, ad-loading outcomes and purchase-entitlement activation.

Advertising-ID access requires a separate optional choice. Measurement without advertising ID still uses other permitted technical and event information.

AppsFlyer uses received data to provide attribution, analytics and fraud protection. Its policy also describes device matching, service providers and other permitted disclosures, and the use of aggregated data to improve its services. The data received depends on the app’s configuration and your choices.

Barnpetal disables AppsFlyer personalized advertising and configures AppsFlyer advertising-partner sharing to remain off.

4. In-App Purchases

The optional Barnpetal Supporter Pack is a one-time cosmetic purchase processed through Google Play Billing.

Google handles payment processing and associated Google Account information. Barnpetal receives purchase information needed to verify, unlock and restore the purchase, including product details, purchase status and transaction identifiers.

Purchase-verification and entitlement information may be stored locally. We do not receive your payment-card details or Google Account password.

Google’s handling of purchase information is covered by its Privacy Policy.

5. Age-Related Protections

Barnpetal is intended for players aged 13 and older.

Where relevant to optional services, the app may ask for a broad age group. It does not request your full date of birth.

  • A declared under-13 age group disables advertising and AppsFlyer measurement.
  • A declared 13–17 age group disables AppsFlyer measurement and applies restricted advertising settings.
  • When age is unknown, AppsFlyer remains off and conservative advertising protections apply.

Previously declared minor protections remain in place through ordinary privacy changes and in-app resets. Age information is used to apply protections, not to change gameplay rewards.

6. Notifications, Permissions & Sharing

Optional play reminders require your notification permission and can be disabled in the app or Android settings. These reminders are scheduled locally; Barnpetal does not use a developer-operated push-notification service.

Barnpetal does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location.

If you use Share, Android sends the selected game summary and app link to the destination you choose. That destination handles the shared information under its own privacy practices.

Opening a website, store page or advertisement may take you to another service whose privacy policy applies.

7. Your Choices

Open Settings → Ads & privacy choices to manage optional advertising, AppsFlyer measurement and advertising-ID access. Google privacy options are available when required by Google’s consent system.

Declining or withdrawing optional measurement does not reduce gameplay rewards or prevent ordinary play.

Withdrawal stops future requests for the disabled feature. It does not automatically delete information previously received by a provider or cancel a purchase.

You can also manage advertising identifiers and notification permissions through Android settings. Depending on your location, available privacy controls may include choices concerning personalized advertising, targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information.

8. Retention & Deletion

Local gameplay information remains on your device until you reset it, clear app storage or uninstall the app.

The in-app reset removes game progress and relevant preferences and withdraws optional service choices. It preserves purchase-entitlement information and minimal privacy evidence and minor protections. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes the app’s local records, although Google Play may restore an eligible purchase later.

Google and AppsFlyer retain information according to their applicable service policies, configuration and legal obligations. Removing local app data does not automatically remove provider-held information.

If you contact us, we retain correspondence only as needed to address your request, maintain necessary records and meet applicable legal obligations.

9. Legal Bases & Privacy Rights

Where required, we obtain consent before optional advertising or measurement processing and device storage or access.

Other processing may be necessary to provide a feature you request, deliver a purchase, answer support requests, protect the service or comply with legal obligations, as permitted by applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed beforehand.

Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need limited information to identify the relevant records and verify your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. International Processing & Security

Google and AppsFlyer may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies explain their international processing and applicable safeguards.

We use reasonable measures to protect information handled through Barnpetal. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when Barnpetal’s features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the latest revision.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent before materially different optional processing begins.
