What this document covers

Valorem Apps publishes this website to explain its mobile apps, browser tools, editorial work, and related engineering studio. This website privacy document describes the website and its optional measurement layer; it does not replace an app or platform privacy disclosure.

The site is primarily a collection of statically rendered pages. It does not ask visitors to create a website account or submit a form to a Valorem-operated database.

Information a web request can involve

The hosting and content-delivery provider may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested path, time, and security-related logs. Those operations are controlled by the hosting provider and are needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

The website does not intentionally ask for sensitive personal information in page content. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, complete health records, or emergency information into a support email.

Optional analytics and local storage

The site can use Firebase/Google Analytics only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” The measurement is used for aggregate page, navigation, scroll-depth, engagement, theme, and outbound-store analysis. The analytics code is not loaded when a visitor chooses “Essential only,” and the site does not sell analytics data or run advertising profiles.

The consent choice is stored in the browser’s local storage so it does not need to be sent with every HTTP request. The site honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by declining optional analytics.

  • Essential-only browsing works without optional analytics.
  • Consent can be changed from the cookie controls on this page.
  • A browser can clear local storage or block third-party requests at any time.

Support and contact email

When a visitor opens a prepared support email, the message stays in the visitor’s email client until they choose whether to send it. The support page asks for an app, platform, issue type, and optional troubleshooting details so the report can be routed accurately.

Email providers may retain messages according to their own policies. Include only the minimum information needed to explain a non-urgent issue.

Mobile-app privacy is edition-specific

A website statement cannot describe every mobile binary. Advertising, purchases, permissions, account services, synchronization, and provider disclosures can differ between the iPhone/iPad and Android editions of the same product.

For an app, start with the app privacy index and then choose the exact platform page. The linked App Store or Google Play listing remains the provider-controlled source for changing disclosures.

Changes and questions

This page is updated when the website’s data practices or optional measurement behavior changes. A meaningful change gets a new review date; a routine rebuild does not by itself change the date.

For a privacy question or a correction, email contact@valorem.ing with the relevant page and a short description. Do not use the website for an emergency or time-critical request.

Need app-specific information?

Use the app privacy index for platform-scoped disclosures, or open support when you need help identifying the exact edition.
