MemoMinds for iPhone and iPad — Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026. This policy covers the iOS and iPadOS edition of MemoMinds, published by Valorem.

Advertising and tracking

MemoMinds for iPhone and iPad has no ads and no tracking. It does not use AdMob, AppsFlyer or other advertising or attribution tracking services.

Optional in-app purchases through Apple

Optional in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store services. Apple handles your Apple Account and payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

The app uses purchase and transaction information supplied by Apple as needed to verify purchases and unlock or restore purchased features. Apple may retain purchase records and process service information for its own store operations, security and legal obligations.

Support and privacy requests

If you email contact@valorem.ing, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of that correspondence, subject to applicable requirements.

Scope and changes

This policy describes the iPhone and iPad edition. The Android edition has separate privacy and data disclosures. Our website privacy policy applies when you browse this site. We will update this policy and its effective date when the iOS edition’s practices change.
