Your game. Your data.

Effective date: September 23, 2026.

This policy covers the iPhone, iPad and Mac editions of Pawnpetal, Backgammonpetal, Checkerpetal, Reversipetal, Gopetal, Carrompetal, including the development names Othellopetal (Reversipetal) and CarromBloom (Carrompetal). These games are developed by Gal Itach and published by Valorem Apps.

Pawnpetal is available now. The other five games are in App Store review as of the effective date. This policy describes their intended release behavior and applies when you use them.

The short version

• No ads, advertising identifiers, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
• We do not collect, sell or share personal data through developer-operated game servers.
• Your game saves, preferences, progress and recordings stay on your device by default.
• Optional Game Center, private iCloud sync and in-app purchases use Apple services. Nearby play shares game information with the player you connect to.

On-device play and storage

Offline bot practice and shared-device games do not require a developer account or an internet connection. Settings, saved games, replays, statistics and cosmetic selections are stored locally where the game supports them. We do not receive these records. You control your device and its backups. Removing an app and its local data does not automatically remove copies in backups, exported files or optional Apple services.

Game Center and nearby multiplayer

When you choose Game Center, Apple processes account and gameplay information for its online services. Your player name, avatar and game activity may be visible to other players according to the features and settings you use. Review Apple’s Game Center privacy information and your device’s Game Center settings.

Nearby play, where available, uses a local connection and may require Local Network permission. The game exchanges the information needed to play, such as moves, game state, chosen player names and cosmetic selections, with the peer you approve. It is not sent to a developer-operated gameplay server.

Optional private iCloud and system features

Where offered, private iCloud progress sync is optional. Enabling it stores supported progress in your own Apple iCloud account. Apple manages this service, its retention and your account controls. Local-only play remains available. Any optional Apple intelligence feature is subject to the device’s availability, consent and privacy controls; a feature that requires cloud processing is not part of offline play. In-app purchases

Optional purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The game checks purchase entitlements to unlock owned content and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles billing, payment information and purchase history under its App Store privacy information. Purchase options can differ by game and edition.

Sharing, children and your choices

When you export a replay, image, transcript or other game file, you choose where to send it using the system’s sharing controls. The destination’s privacy practices then apply. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through these games. Parents and guardians can manage purchases and Game Center features with Apple’s family and Screen Time controls.

You can play locally, decline optional services, manage Game Center and iCloud in your Apple settings, and remove local data from your device. Apple service data and purchases are managed through your Apple Account.

Support and policy changes

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to answer your request. This voluntary correspondence is separate from in-game data collection.
